Not as good as the hype. I read the reviews as I usually do and thought I'd give them a go. These are super expensive with zero effect, instead of the good nights sleep I expected as in the reviews my nights became even worse, not sleeping threw the night ,nightmares got worse and extreme anxiety kept me awake and fretfull leading to poor quality rest and exhausted the next day. Save your pennies seriously not worth it!

The Valerian root are brilliant I've had the best sleep since starting them.

Something that actually works

I bought this because my usual valerian was out of stock. It was a waste of money and wish I’d waited for the other one to come back into stock. Only took this on two nights and it did nothing, I had 2 really bad night’s sleep. This is supposed to have 10,000mg of valerian root so I have no idea why it didn’t work.

I decided to try these to help with my sleep and noticed a real difference quite quickly. I felt the calming effects about 30 minutes after taking a capsule, which really helped me settle down and improved my overall rest throughout the night. The 10,000mg strength is impressive, and since it’s a British-based brand, I felt much more confident in the quality and standards. With a four-month supply in one bottle, it’s great value for a natural way to manage stress and get a better night's sleep.

II found the tablet size to be average and the ingredient quality to be adequate. I found that they were easy enough to swallow with a glass of water. I noticed no noticeable side effects or any strong pungent odors. Did they actually improve my sleep quality? I did find that I was able to get to sleep easier while trying these. For the price, I would say they are reasonably good value for money if they work for you. The bottle is recyclable and comes with clear and concise instructions on dosage.

There are a surprising number of manufacturers producing Valerian Root Capsules. I have yet to find one that works for me including this one. This version is very expensive compared to others so I would expect some effect. Nothing. Waste of money.

Valerian root is a well established natural sleep aid, and these capsules contain a decent amount of the product. They claim to be UK manufactured and follow GMP practice although I cannot find this company's name on the list of approved GMP manufacturers, though they may be made under a different business name, or being produced by a third party who does indeed follow GMP. Good value for money though for four months supply for this price.

Don't work

I stopped taking my usual valerian supplements. I started using this in place of my other ones. I haven't noticed any reduction in the benefits I was experiencing with my previous brand. Nor have I experienced an increase in those benefits. So I'll be happy to continue with this product, but I do feel it's a bit more expensive than other options.
