Waited for a few weeks before writing a review, did absolutely nothing for fluid retention, seen no improvement what so ever.

Don’t feel much difference but with a healthier diet and other supplements I am loosing weight slowly

I purchased this dandelion root capsules high strength for a gift for a loved one,to help with fluid retension,it does help and makes good detox for the liver and body,he is very happy with this gift and finds them easy to swallow and takes two a day,the quality is excellent and good value for money.

Huge container containing 240 vegan dandelion root capsules. Iv been using dandelion root for a year now and my skin texture has improved dramatically. The dosage reccomends 2 capsules daily and the expiry date is Oct 2027,the container is sealed and the product is excellent value for money.. The capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste or side effects. Highly reccomend for the price and quantity.

I've been taking these for two weeks now and I've noticed absolutely nothing

I'm a big fan of dandelion, both as root and leaves and they have long histories of use. From 'tooth of the lion' referring to the leaf shape. The diuretic effect also benefits the kidneys that do like to keep busy. I find that, taken early afternoon when I can feel my leg swelling on the rise, it takes around 30 minutes to an hour before I need a 'bathroom break'. It's very gentle and the effects carry on through the day. I certainly notice an improvement in my lower legs when I take off my compression stockings at night. Diuretics are often prescribed by the docx to assist with BP control so it's important to consult with your clinic if you currently receive BP treatment before taking dandelion, root or leaves. A large tub of 240, 21mm vegan capsules from 10,000mg of root, extracted and concentrated down to 500mg, at two per day there's four month's supply here for a very reasonable 12 pence per day.

I find these really good for helping to ease my swollen legs. This is easier than drinking dandelion tea which is how I took my dandelion prior to this. They will last a while and as far as effectiveness goes, I really do notice a difference when I am taking them. Easy capsules to swallow. Very pleased to have found them.

This is a good value for money supplement, you get 240 capsules (vegan for the win) of a ver high dose of dandelion root extract. I have been taking dandelion root for a while now to help with water retention / bloating and found it effective - since switching to this brand I haven't noticed any decrease in benefits, so I know this is working. The advertised dosage is 10,000mg - that is if you take 2 capsules per day, making this a 120 day or 4 month supply. Personally I have been taking just one per day and find it working just fine - which makes this an 8 month supply for me and fantastic value for money. These are good quality, no negative side effects that I can see or feel. These capsules are on the larger side just so you are aware, but not too big, they are easy to swallow. I can recommend this, great value and good stuff!
